Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery charges cover internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement on weekdays. Orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Shipping charges are determined at the time of order and are subject to change.

Estimated delivery times assume weekday processing. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TSL. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept the return of unused or defective merchandise.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by TSL.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All returned items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for TSL to process your return once the item has been received and inspected.
