Our **4-Inch Test Wands** (100mm) are highly versatile standards, often referred to as **Test Sticks**, offering superior depth penetration and contamination testing capacity for all **Metal Detector** and **X-Ray Inspection Systems**. These tools are engineered to accommodate larger contaminants, making them ideal for rigorous quality assurance checks and system verification.

Each standard features a **certified grade 200 precision ball** visibly enclosed and is manufactured using **FDA-compliant materials**.

Available Formats and Maximum Sample Size

**Standard Format:** Measures **10mm x 10mm x 100mm** long. This format accommodates precision balls up to **8.00mm**.
**Oversized Format:** A larger **20mm x 20mm x 100mm** long format is available, specifically designed to utilize miniature balls **larger than 8.00mm**.
**Traceability:** Each stick/wand is **Color-coded**, imprinted with size, contaminant type, and a unique Certificate of Compliance (CoC) number.
**Certification:** All necessary **Certificates of Compliance** are available with purchase.
